We want every engagement to be worth it. This policy explains how fees, milestones, and refunds work.

1. Overview

We want every engagement to be worth it. Fees, scope, and timelines are agreed in writing before any work begins, so you always know what you're paying for.

2. Consultations and audits

Payments for consultations and audits (such as the AI Strategy Call and Automation Audit) are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or after the session has taken place, are non-refundable — though we're always happy to reschedule.

3. Workflow and custom project builds

Project builds (such as a Starter AI Workflow or a Custom AI Agent Build) may be refundable only before project work has begun.

Once work has started, fees for completed work are non-refundable. If you end a project early, you are responsible only for the work completed up to the cancellation date; any prepaid amount for work not yet started is refunded.

4. Monthly retainers

Monthly retainers are billed in advance for each period. You can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges. The current period is non-refundable once it has begun.

5. How to request a refund
